외교부, 일본 의원들 야스쿠니 신사 참배에 깊은 우려와 실망

South Korea’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs is concerned and disappointed after a group of Japanese lawmakers visited the highly controversial Yasukuni war shrine on Thursday.
The shrine honors Japan’s war dead, including about a dozen Class-A war criminals.
Seoul’s foreign ministry strongly urged Tokyo to show humble reflection based on correct historical awareness and to contribute to future-oriented South Korea-Japan relations.
Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe sent offering to the shrine a day earlier, but didn’t go there in person.
